Tikka Masala


8 oz. PAOW! Pieces
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 c. tomato sauce
1-1/2 tsp. garam masala
1/3 c. heavy cream (or vegan alternative)
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper or paprika
1 tsp. honey
1/4 c. water
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/4 c. cilantro, chopped
12 oz. basmati rice, cooked


  1. In saucepan, heat vegetable oil and add garlic and garam masala. Lightly toast.
  2. Add tomato sauce, heavy cream, cayenne, honey, and water. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes to thicken.
  3. Heat 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil in nonstick skillet. Add PAOW! and lightly sauté.
  4. Combine PAOW! with sauce and spoon over rice. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve.
