INGREDIENTS
8 oz. PAOW! Pieces
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 c. tomato sauce
1-1/2 tsp. garam masala
1/3 c. heavy cream (or vegan alternative)
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper or paprika
1 tsp. honey
1/4 c. water
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/4 c. cilantro, chopped
12 oz. basmati rice, cooked
PREPARATION
- In saucepan, heat vegetable oil and add garlic and garam masala. Lightly toast.
- Add tomato sauce, heavy cream, cayenne, honey, and water. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes to thicken.
- Heat 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil in nonstick skillet. Add PAOW! and lightly sauté.
- Combine PAOW! with sauce and spoon over rice. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve.
