Skewers With Thai Peanut Sauce


8 oz. PAOW! Pieces
16 oz. coconut milk
3 Tbsp. dry yellow curry powder
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. Thai peanut sauce
1/2 c. chopped peanuts
1/4 c. green onion, sliced
8 in. wooden skewer
Sea salt to taste


  1. Bring coconut milk to a boil over medium high heat. Add sea salt and soy sauce. Add PAOW! and boil in coconut milk mixture for 6 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and add curry powder.
  3. Let PAOW! marinate 2-24 hours in coconut curry mixture.
  4. Skewer marinated PAOW! on wooden skewer then grill.
  5. Serve warm with Thai peanut sauce. Garnish with chopped peanuts and green onion.
