Philly Sandwich


8 oz. PAOW! Dark Pieces
1/2 c. tallow onion, sliced
1/2 c. green peppers, sliced
1/2 c. white mushrooms, sliced
6 slices provolone or vegan cheese alternative
1 Tbsp. blackened seasoning
2 hoagie Rolls
3 Tbsp. canola oil


  1. Heat canola oil in nonstick pan or flat top griddle. Season PAOW! Dark Philly Pieces with blackened seasoning and heat without allowing the PAOW! to get crispy.
  2. Add vegetables and sauté until cooked but still have a “bite.”
  3. Add cheese and turn until melted. Place in hoagie roll and serve.
