INGREDIENTS
8 oz. PAOW! Dark Pieces
1/2 c. tallow onion, sliced
1/2 c. green peppers, sliced
1/2 c. white mushrooms, sliced
6 slices provolone or vegan cheese alternative
1 Tbsp. blackened seasoning
2 hoagie Rolls
3 Tbsp. canola oil
PREPARATION
- Heat canola oil in nonstick pan or flat top griddle. Season PAOW! Dark Philly Pieces with blackened seasoning and heat without allowing the PAOW! to get crispy.
- Add vegetables and sauté until cooked but still have a “bite.”
- Add cheese and turn until melted. Place in hoagie roll and serve.
