INGREDIENTS
2 c. PAOW! Dark Pieces
10 tostada shells
1 can refried beans, heated
½ head lettuce, shaved
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. garlic, granulated
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dark chili powder
2 tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp oil
Optional: salsa verde, crema, avocados
PREPARATION
- In a medium size nonstick sauté pan, heat on medium heat and add 1 tbsp of oil. Add the PAOW! and add all the dry seasonings and sauté for 4 -5 minutes.
- For the assemble: Spread a thin layer of the refried beans on the bottom of the tostada shell. Add the 2 tablespoons of PAOW! on top.
- Then add the lettuce and diced tomatoes.
