INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups of PAOW!™ Pieces
1 can Garbanzo beans
1-2 clove Garlic chopped fine
1/2 cup Lemon juice
1/3 cup Tahini
1/2 tsp Sea salt
3/4 tsp Cumin
4 tbsp ice water
1/3 cup of Olive Oil
PREPARATION
- Boil PAOW! pieces for 4 minutes then drain.
- Place the PAOW! pieces in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped
- Drain and rinse garbanzo beans, then place in the food processor with the finely chopped PAOW! piece, pulse until smooth
- Add lemon juice and chopped garlic to the food processor with the Garbanzo Beans and PAOW! pieces, pulse until blended
- Add tahini and 1/3 cup of olive oil, 4 tbsp water to food processor and blend until creamy. Reserve the other 2 tbsp water to use later if the hummus needs to be thinned out.
- Add sea salt
- Taste and adjust flavor as needed. If you like it super tangy, add a bit more lemon juice.

Just scoop hummus onto a serving bowl or plate and create a well with the back of your spoon, and drizzle olive oil and your favorite toppings.
