PAOW! Plant-Based Sausage Skull Bites

INGREDIENTS

8 oz PAOW!™ Italian Sausage-Flavored Pieces

Skull Cup cake pan

1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough

6 Tbsp pizza sauce

1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup cooked and crumbled Italian sausage

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Spray skull cake pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Unroll pizza dough and press into rectangle 15×15 size, then cut into 6 strips.
  3. Drape each strip into skull cavity.
  4. Sprinkle with a little plant-based cheese, top with 1 Tablespoon of sauce, then add some sausage.
  5. Top with remaining cheese.
  6. Fold dough over and press seams to seal.
  7. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Enjoy!
