PAOW! Plant-Based Chik’n Skewers


10oz PAOW!™ Chef Style
2 Red onion
2 each of Yellow Zucchini and Green Zucchini
2 each of Bell pepper- red, yellow, orange, green
Olive oil
1 Bottle of your favorite sauce to brush on the skewers during and after grilling


  1. Chop all your vegetables so they are approximately equal in size and shape.
  2. Soak those wood skewers for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Place the onion on each end of the skewers.
  4. Alternate between the POAW Chef Style and the different vegetables, leaving a small space between each layer.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Once the grill is hot, add skewers and grill for approximately 5-8 minutes per side, or until vegetables are just softening and browning around the edges.
