INGREDIENTS
10oz PAOW!™ Chef Style
2 Red onion
2 each of Yellow Zucchini and Green Zucchini
2 each of Bell pepper- red, yellow, orange, green
Olive oil
1 Bottle of your favorite sauce to brush on the skewers during and after grilling
PREPARATION
- Chop all your vegetables so they are approximately equal in size and shape.
- Soak those wood skewers for at least 15 minutes.
- Place the onion on each end of the skewers.
- Alternate between the POAW Chef Style and the different vegetables, leaving a small space between each layer.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Once the grill is hot, add skewers and grill for approximately 5-8 minutes per side, or until vegetables are just softening and browning around the edges.
