INGREDIENTS
2 c. PAOW! Chef Style
1 onion, julienne
3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green, julienne
2 tbsp. oil
½ lime
1 packet of fajita seasoning
For serving Pico de Gallo, tortillas, sliced avocado, sour cream
PREPARATION
- On medium heat, place a cast iron sauté pan and heat up.
- In a bowl add 1 tbsp of oil and the taco seasoning. Mix. Add the remaining of oil in the cast iron and sauté up the PAOW! for 5 minutes.
- Remove the PAOW! and add the peppers and onions and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Add the PAOW! back to the pan and stir. Squeeze the half of lime and serve with accouterments.
