PAOW! “Chik’n” Tenders

INGREDIENTS

2 c. Chef Style
1 c. flour
2 c. of Corn Meal
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. paprika
½ tsp. garlic powder
3 c. oil for frying
Salt and pepper to season

PREPARATION

  1. Let PAOW soak in water, mix all your dry ingredient together. Heat oil to 350 degrees
  2. Take PAOW and dip in dry mixture, dip in liquid that PAOW is sitting in again and put back in dry mix.
  3. Shake excess dredge off and place in a fryer and cook to golden brown. 3 to 4 minutes. Season as soon as you take out of the fryer. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce
