INGREDIENTS
2 c. Chef Style
1 c. flour
2 c. of Corn Meal
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. paprika
½ tsp. garlic powder
3 c. oil for frying
Salt and pepper to season
PREPARATION
- Let PAOW soak in water, mix all your dry ingredient together. Heat oil to 350 degrees
- Take PAOW and dip in dry mixture, dip in liquid that PAOW is sitting in again and put back in dry mix.
- Shake excess dredge off and place in a fryer and cook to golden brown. 3 to 4 minutes. Season as soon as you take out of the fryer. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce
