PAOW! All-Plant Pulled “Pork” with Jalapeno Cherry Slaw


8 oz PAOW!™ Pieces
1 bag of Slaw mix from the Produce department
1 jalapeno seeded and diced
1/2 cup of dried cherry’s
1/4 cup of green leaf lettuce diced
1 green onion diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons white sugar
1½ tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon vinegar
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
6-7 dashes of Liquid Smoke
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ Sauce
1 package of your favorite buns


  1. In a large pot filled with 3 cups of water and 6-7 dashed of liquid smoke and POAW! Pieces and cook until soft 4-5 minutes.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. While the PAOW! is cooking, in a medium size bowl whisk mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar, pepper, and salt together until smooth and creamy then add the Slaw mixture the jalapeno, cherry, leaf lettuce and green onion until coated.
  4. Take the PAOW! with 2 forks and pull apart so it looks shredded, once that is done mix with the BBQ Sauce and serve .
