Ceviche

INGREDIENTS

8 oz. PAOW! Pieces
1/2 c. red onion, sliced
1 jalapeño, sliced
1/2 c. red pepper, diced
1/2 c. fresh cilantro
1 c. citrus juice

PREPARATION

  1. Bring salted water to a boil over high heat. Add PAOW! Pieces and boil for 20 minutes to achieve a cod or grouper like texture. Remove from heat and cool. Note: Boil 6 minutes for conch like texture, boil 45 minutes for oyster like texture.
  2. Mix remainings ingredients, add PAOW! and serve.
