Bulgogi With Brown Rice And Kimchi


1/2 c. carrot, thinly sliced
1/4 c. green onion, thinly sliced
1/2 c. yellow onion, sliced
2 oz. sesame seeds
12 oz. cooked brown rice
1/2 c. prepared kimchi
2 Tbsp. sesame oil

8 oz. PAOW! Pieces
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. rice wine
1/4 red apple, minced
1/4 c. white onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 Tbsp. grated ginger
Ground black pepper to taste


  1. Combine marinade ingredients and blend until smooth. Cover PAOW! Pieces with marinade in a bowl, cover, and let rest in refrigerator overnight.
  2. Heat sesame oil in nonstick skillet or Wok over medium high heat.
  3. Add marinated PAOW!, carrot, and yellow onion. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  4. Serve with brown rice and kimchi. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
