INGREDIENTS
1/2 c. carrot, thinly sliced
1/4 c. green onion, thinly sliced
1/2 c. yellow onion, sliced
2 oz. sesame seeds
12 oz. cooked brown rice
1/2 c. prepared kimchi
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
Marinade:
8 oz. PAOW! Pieces
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. rice wine
1/4 red apple, minced
1/4 c. white onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 Tbsp. grated ginger
Ground black pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- Combine marinade ingredients and blend until smooth. Cover PAOW! Pieces with marinade in a bowl, cover, and let rest in refrigerator overnight.
- Heat sesame oil in nonstick skillet or Wok over medium high heat.
- Add marinated PAOW!, carrot, and yellow onion. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
- Serve with brown rice and kimchi. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
