Asian Ginger Sticky Noodles


8 oz. PAOW! Pieces
1/2 c. soy sauce low sodium
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. sambal
1/4 c. oyster sauce
1 nub ginger, peeled and grated
1/2 c. sesame oil (reserve 2 Tbsp. for sauté)
12oz lo mein noodles, cooked
1 c. Cremini mushroom, sliced
1/2 c. red bell pepper, julienned
1/2 c. carrot, julienned
1/2 c. red onion, sliced
1 c. snow peas
1/4 c. mint leaves, hand torn
2 oz. sesame seeds, toasted


  1. Combine soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, sambal, oyster sauce, ginger, and sesame oil in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Heat reserved 2 Tbsp. sesame oil over medium high heat in a nonstick skillet or wok. Add PAOW! Pieces and heat until slightly crispy. Add mushrooms, red peppers, carrots, and snow peas and stir fry until slightly tender.
  3. Add noodles and soy sauce mixture and heat thoroughly. Garnish with mint leaves and sesame seeds.
