INGREDIENTS
8 oz. PAOW! Pieces
1/2 c. soy sauce low sodium
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. sambal
1/4 c. oyster sauce
1 nub ginger, peeled and grated
1/2 c. sesame oil (reserve 2 Tbsp. for sauté)
12oz lo mein noodles, cooked
1 c. Cremini mushroom, sliced
1/2 c. red bell pepper, julienned
1/2 c. carrot, julienned
1/2 c. red onion, sliced
1 c. snow peas
1/4 c. mint leaves, hand torn
2 oz. sesame seeds, toasted
PREPARATION
- Combine soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, sambal, oyster sauce, ginger, and sesame oil in a small bowl and set aside.
- Heat reserved 2 Tbsp. sesame oil over medium high heat in a nonstick skillet or wok. Add PAOW! Pieces and heat until slightly crispy. Add mushrooms, red peppers, carrots, and snow peas and stir fry until slightly tender.
- Add noodles and soy sauce mixture and heat thoroughly. Garnish with mint leaves and sesame seeds.
