Smash Burger

INGREDIENTS

1 PAOW! burger patty
4 slices American cheese or vegan cheese of your choice
2 potato rolls, toasted
2 oz. yellow mustard
1 dill pickle, sliced
2 slices yellow onion sliced

PREPARATION

  1. Divide PAOW! burger patty into 2 round balls. Heat cooking oil in nonstick skillet or flat top grill and place the 2 PAOW! balls in the skillet and smash with the back of a spatula to form 2 thin patties.
  2. Cook on both sides and add cheese. When cheese is melted remove from the pan and assemble the burgers.
