Parm Sandwich


2 PAOW! Rice Crusted Patties
8 oz. marinara sauce
1/2 c. shaved Parmesan cheese or vegan alternative
2 slices mozzarella cheese or vegan alternative
2 Italian rolls, toasted
1/4 c. basil leaves, chiffonade


  1. Fry PAOW! Rice Crusted Patty until golden brown.
  2. Top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese place under broiler until cheese is melted and golden.
  3. Place on toasted Italian roll and garnish with shaved parmesan and basil.
