4 oz PAOW Pieces
2 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
6 cups romaine and green leaf lettuce roughly chopped
1 cup cherry, halved
2 oz PAOW pepperoni pieces
½ cup blue cheese crumbles
1 avocado sliced
2 oz Greek Salad Dressing
chopped chives, salt, and pepper
- Start by putting your eggs in a stockpot of cold water. Let the eggs come to a boil for 2 minutes, shut the water off, and let the eggs sit in the water for 8 minutes.
- Season your PAOW with salt and pepper and place in the oven at 350 degrees, and cook for 5- 7 minutes. Keep the PAOW pieces separate from the PAOW Pepperoni flavor. Remove from oven and set aside.
- To assemble the salad, place the lettuce in a large bowl and top with the tomatoes.
- When your eggs and PAOW are cooled, chop them into bite-size pieces and add to your bowl of lettuce. Slice up the avocado and add it to your bowl along with the crumbled blue cheese. Add the dressing and toss.
